Is MongoDB suitable for user account data?
Hello!
I am planning to do a project. This project will be able to register your own account. (email, password, name, etc.)
Heard a lot about MongoDB. I would like to know: "Can I use it?" If so, are there any big significant downsides? If not, what is a good alternative? It is necessary that there was a fast fault-tolerant and supported.
Thank you in advance!

Yes, it will. Suitable exactly the same as any other database. Fault tolerance is not about a database, but about network infrastructure, monitoring, Health checks, failover policy, and much more. Any base is supported, and how much - see the LTS version of the product on the manufacturer's website
