Is learning Flash relevant at the moment?

In connection with the crisis, there is an urgent need to expand the scope of activities for additional specialization
. A couple of questions:
1. Is it relevant at the moment to study flash for developing websites and other cuisine?
2. How are things going with orders for full-fledged sites and so on? Do not send to freelance, I see only orders for banners there, and then a couple of times a week
3. Where else is it actively used? I saw like games and applications are written, I will be glad for a detailed answer
4. How long will it take to study for a decent level, how long did it take you?

1. no. now drives html5 - css and svg animation.
2. sites on flash are no longer made, because. they don't work on mobile devices.
3. there are only banners in advertising campaigns and games that are also moving to html5
4. learning the basics of animation is not very time consuming. but the actionscript language is a separate huge topic. rather complex language. easier to learn javascript and animate with jquery. By the way, games are already being made on it, too.

1. Forget Flash. Learn HTML5 and canvas.
2. There are orders. Search harder :)
3. The last time I used it was when I needed to work with the clipboard, because HTML5 / JS does not yet know how to work with it
4. We are constantly learning. And we will never finish :-)

As3 with the introduction of the stage3d api, the vector was finally replaced by gamedev (cross-platform mobile toys and social networks for VKontakte).
