Is justify-content property being ignored in Firefox?

There is a problem when clicking on the Log in button in the Firefox browser (everything is ok in chrome). For some reason the justify-content property is being ignored. If I manually reset it and set it, then the element will be positioned correctly.

Зачем у вас там вообще flex...в месте где вы блоки absolute позиционируете. Высота ограничена, flex-wrap не задан. Удивительно что вообще где-то работает.
Сделайте inline-block'и и text-align:center и всё нормально будет.
