Is JavaFX dead or not?

I am alarmed by the fact that the scene builder was given to the operasors (strange).
and the fact that the deployment on the server is very bad, as far as I understand, it's just a restart of the old applets.

So far, there is no very great need for it, as a result of its development per hour in a teaspoon. And, it so happened historically that he came to replace the rest of the GUI frameworks.
I disagree with the speaker above that Java desktop applications are bad manners. If a desktop application is created for the purpose of remote control, then JavaFX is just right.

More than alive. Awesome gui framework. This awt/swt with swing is no longer needed by anyone - there is FX, which is much prettier and more functional. It's just that gui's java applications are historically considered bad manners.
