It's sad, of course, but the question arises: in the documentation, books on WP, Russian search engines and services like this, they don't "talk" to you either? In other words, there are still plenty of ways to find a solution to the problem.
And if the question is "will it be possible to use the VI in the future?", then think about how the developers of the VI can delete your project from the server you rented, located on the territory of the Russian Federation ?
