Is it worth using microdata absolutely everywhere?
I more or less got acquainted with this data markup technology in the document, but did not understand whether it is necessary to use micro-markup in all projects? I see its meaning in high-loaded information resources, such as a movie search or an online store, a blog, and the like, but is it worth using it on such types of sites as: corporate, business cards, landing pages, etc.? Yes, it helps search engines better understand the site, but this can be done in other ways, for example, standard optimization.
So after all, does it make sense to use micro-markup everywhere in the modern web? If so, when is the best time to do this and what are the minimum conditions that the project must then meet?

I wonder how you are going to replace the micro markup with other optimizations with any guarantee, they laughed.
What does it mean to use everywhere? Let's say you have a website, it has contacts in the footer + a separate page "contacts". You can safely use microdata in both cases.
Of course, if, for example, you have a company phone number on your page a million times, then it’s not at all necessary to wrap it in micro-markup every time, but a reason to think about bad design)
