Bootstrap

Is it worth using bootsrap?

Started learning frontend development.
I would like to ask those who know. What style of work is best to accustom yourself to?
Write css html code by hand, I looked there are a bunch of ready-made libraries on pure css that allow you to do phenomenal things. Or learn bootstrap and hack everything on it - because it's fast. And the speed of execution is important for the customer.
Why teach yourself from birth? Is it worth using bootstrap? Maybe there are some other frameworks. Generally where to move. Because a bad habit is very difficult to change afterwards.
Thank you in advance for your answer.

It is worth using, but without fanaticism.
In addition to bootstrap, it is also worth knowing/be able to use uikit, semanticui, foundation, material base, bulma, etc. Each task uses its own framework \ assembly. Not everything is tied to bootstrap. They (builds/frameworks) are designed to SIMPLIFY and FAST the workflow, not as a given.
For example, if a customer asks for a site in material design, then, of course, material base should be forked and used in the base; if the customer asks for flexbox at all costs, then bulma should be taken as the basis ... By analogy, further.
From the task, a vision of the tools used is formed.
