Is it worth taking Front-end courses?

Good afternoon. I would like to get advice from people who have been in Frond-end, back-end for a long time. The problem is that now there are a lot of different courses. Already from the choice of their head hurts. Well, is it worth it to overpay $ 400 or more for courses. All the same, you go there according to a program that you can also build for yourself for free.
I just don’t want to waste the $400 that I saved for courses, but I’ll just spend it in vain.
Is this certificate important after the end of the course if you have graduated from the culinary. Or is it better to immediately go to courses with guaranteed employment?
Tell me please. Thank you in advance!

No course gives guaranteed employment.
Employment with a high degree of probability can be promised by internship programs at the company.
As for 99% of the courses - almost all of these courses offer an introductory basic level, and all of them are easily replaced by YouTube, Google and a lot of self-practice.
If you are not able to master the basic level on your own, without courses, you should seriously consider whether you need to go in this direction at all, because finding the right information is currently one of the most important skills of any IT specialist.
PS There are of course exceptions for courses and certificates - these are professional courses for example from Microsoft, Cisco, a Linux LFCE certificate, but these courses also do not employ, their certification is simply verified enough to be trusted. The rest of the certificates - well, you can find a lot of medium-trusted ones, but they can only reduce the time for an interview.

If you can’t get a base on your own without any courses, then you don’t need it, but if you still want to study this business, then start on your own and when you encounter a certain barrier, think about going your own way or going to courses of some specialists who will take money from you .

Guaranteed employment? Is that geekbrains? =)
The employer often does not care if you have crusts or not.
If he gives you a test task, if you do it, well done, but if you don’t do it, even the crusts won’t help.
Personally, I am not a fan of courses.
They are needed for those who are unable to force themselves to study.
At school, he teaches and checks homework.
As a rule, they are not willing to learn.
And if you really like this business, then you will absorb everything yourself, read it.
At the very least, you can write down the stages of the course and find it all on the Internet. Now there are a lot of lessons.

Not worth it. Suction of money or really high-quality material, but which you can find yourself.
If you're wondering if it's worth it or not, then it's not worth it.
By frontend. Take the documentation and Google, look for courses on learning to bleat. And that's it.)))

Nuuu, you can take a course with me).
It’s hard to find good courses, many people hammer a bolt into the program without updating it for years.
A certificate for everyone to one place, knowledge and practical skills are more important.
And this, there are no courses with guaranteed employment. There are places where they can possibly take an internship based on the results, but there they usually sharpen to the stack they need, then it’s hard to relearn.

Information is not the point. Lots of information for free. But how do you sort it? How will you know what you are doing right?
You need someone with experience who will take a metal ruler and slap your hands when you're too lazy to think. Which will make you understand what you are doing. From personal experience. It takes me an average student an hour to answer the question "What is a box model in CSS?". Hour! After that, they already have snot, and tears, and a headache. But after such torment, they know exactly what it is and how it works.
Look for a personal mentor.

Itself was given such question.
Did so. I opened a paid course program, and for each section I began to search for information on the Internet.
Thus, there is some systematization of the process :)
