I'm learning how to use GitHub. In the past, the site code in php was saved in local storage and backed up by creating archives with the date. Often confused, and it was difficult to find the required file. The advantage was that only I had access to the code, and the user received the final processed html code in the browser. What processes occur in the engine itself, the user did not know.
Is it safe to keep php files open on GitHub?
After all, anyone can view them, find errors and use these errors on a working site.
