Is it worth raising a web server on windows 10?
Hello. Give advice. I use a vds server with windows 10 for work (I don’t load the server much). I want to raise a web server there, placing my sites there (up to 10) and I want to attach Vesta CP (control panel) to it.
Tell me if this is real? Reliable? If possible, advise where to dig for a better implementation

Reliable? No. In addition, Vesta will not install on Windows.
The official website shows which operating systems it supports:
# RHEL 5, RHEL 6
# CentOS 5, CentOS 6
# Debian 7
# Ubuntu 12.04, Ubuntu 12.10, Ubuntu 13.04, Ubuntu 13.10, Ubuntu 14.04
The correct solution would be to use the second VDS, install on it Debian 7 + Vesta.
And leave the current VDS with Windows for work or sites on .NET
Vesta will definitely not be installed on Windows.
Well, not at all - it’s unreliable, the win10 network stack out of the box is not designed to stick around on the Internet (especially to do something useful), and you yourself won’t be able to screw it up to an acceptable state.
Colleague, obviously illogical things should not be done.
Get used to using everything for its intended purpose: client systems are designed for client applications, server systems are for server applications.
NOT worth it at all. Windows and web servers, as for me, are not compatible things at all
