Is it worth moving 1c databases on SQL SERVER to a separate disk?
There is a RAID 0 array on which 2 logical volumes C and D are raised.
Moved tempdb to disk D, is it worth doing the same with databases? The databases are small, 2GB each. There are 2
databases in total. I will make backups of databases on a separate physical disk.

RAID 0 for the database is not the best solution in principle. the death of any of the disks is the death of the entire RAID.
so start with that. but otherwise - with such volumes, it is extremely unlikely that your server rests on disks. Better buy more memory.
If there was a separate disk, it would make sense. And so there is only one disk, albeit in a raid, so there is not much point.
Max was right too.
Get an SSD on them DB. If paranoia, then SSD RAID1.
An SSD is an order of magnitude faster than an HDD. And SSD RAID 0 makes no sense.
