No, it's not worth it. Neither one nor the other. With a question like this, it's not hard to assume that you're new to php, start there. On the second day, as you understand the basic principles, I recommend switching to Yii2 and continuing your studies, Yii1 is kept to support ready-made projects and is not suitable for learning, because morally obsolete principles and methods on which it is built.
