Is it worth learning Ruby on rails in 2018?

Good afternoon. I am a beginner programmer and so far I have more or less mastered php using the Yii2 framework as an example.
I created a blog and created a honey portal with ordering coupons, posting vacancies, a secure admin panel, and so on.
I know all principles of OOP. And the MVC design pattern.
In Belarus, php-programmers are like mushrooms in the forest after the rain. Naturally, there are not many good ones, but this is not the first time I have been advised to learn ruby. Of course, I would try Java, but this language seems to me the most complex and the most voluminous with a high threshold.
At one time I started to learn ruby, installed linux, installed ruby and wrote. Pretty interesting language.
But is it worth it to learn now, if there is a desire? Let's say how to find an alternative to php + heard there is a websocket

I have a blog translation of the answer to an illogical question. The author of the framework himself answers - c3gdlk.ru/blog/rails/pochemu-stoit-uchit-ruby-on-r...

@Atanvar

Learn python, the same language but more applications.
and Java is not complicated, it just needs to be "understood"
