Is it worth learning html, css, js in 2021?

Is it worth it to study layout, html, css, js at the present time? There was a need for a website, since there is free time, I decided to study this whole topic, I spent enough time, and now, just like some kind of epiphany has come ... Why did I do all this? If I'm going to use cms anyway, like wordpress. I analyzed modern premium templates, they are all created on all sorts of page builders, elementors, but if you need something unique, you can also use these tools, and there are a lot of plugins for every taste. What turns out now the future has already arrived in terms of creating websites? It’s just that there is so little relevant information on this, and I got out of 2015. Indeed, it seems that in the case of wordpress, creating a template from scratch is like reinventing the wheel now, am I right or not?

You have strange questions. HTML + CSS + JS is the backbone of the entire web, which, in principle, cannot be replaced.
Let's build a chain logically. There are businesses of different levels - individual entrepreneurs, medium-sized businesses, and enterprises.
Wordpress Elementor and its analogues are suitable for a specific task - rapid prototyping of the interface and launching a business in the shortest possible time. Example: today is March 1, and before March 8, you need to quickly launch a landing page or store on a wp template in order to sell flowers. Everything.
If your business level is average and above average, you will not be able to optimize and scale your project as well so that it covers all requests. In this case, specialists of the "frontender + backender + teamlead + PM" level already come to the rescue and everyone solves their own problem.
The task of a frontender is to know HTML + CSS + JS + (React \ Vue \ Angular) + REST API + WebSocket + assemblers + preprocessors + figma + performance + assesability - and yes, all these are requirements of a junior.
The ability to competently build the application skeleton without adding extra nesting + competently designing the interface with components - adds money and profit to you at the end of the journey. Dzhun without knowledge of html \ css, in principle, will not be hired.

Believe me, a person who knows the basics of the web (HTML, CSS, JS) is much more valuable in terms of salary than a person who knows how to enable / disable plugins in WP.

Good question. For me personally, the less people learn html/css/js/php, the more clients I will have and the full stack of orders for years to come. Because from the pants of a content manager in any cms (what is wordpress! October CMS, Bitrix, Host CMS - how many monsters in the world of the web ?!) the owner of the site grows very quickly.
My advice to you: don't study. Contact professionals immediately, save a lot of nerves, time, effort and money.
And, yes, good luck with Wordpress with a bunch of plugins for all occasions!

DAAAALEKOOOOOO not everything exists.
As soon as you draw a design layout "sort of" and there are no plug-ins for it, then you will remember what is missing for implementation.
The web is based on html/css/js/php. This is the base without which it won't work at all))
And yes, your plugins are written on them.
