Is it worth learning Gulp.js if I only know HTML and CSS so far?
Started learning JavaScript (ES 5). And now I don’t know, can I start to deal with Gulp, or should I first learn JS, and after that work with Gulp?

Definitely worth getting to know. gulp or webpack. First, find a ready-made standard configuration. Deal with it and use it for layout. This will last you for a very long time :)

Gulp is not required, better learn JS (jQuery)
