Is it worth learning C# and .NET now?
Now I'm deeply studying backend development (python mostly), but I'm also interested in .Net . I think it's worth switching to learning net or continuing to learn the backend in python. I know about the existence of ASP, but I'm not sure of its relevance.

Here, of course, you can get into long discussions about the importance of C #, about the difference in the scope of .net and python.
You can also dig through the statistics and say how many hundredths of a percent python (not) overtakes .net and all that.
Let me just write that the language is definitely not dying and there is no need to doubt its relevance.
And speaking specifically about ASP.NET, many believe that with the release of ASP.NET Core, the popularity will only go up.
matveyvarg : look for vacancies in your city, if there is and it is comparable to python or even more, then I think the answer will come by itself, plus with the release of buying xamarin (Now you don’t need to buy licenses) the scope of C # is 2 times greater than the scope of python, besides, I have not heard that User Mode Drivers would be written in python
My advice is not to scatter over languages, but to learn one to such an extent that the language itself becomes not so important, and you can start using a new language after reading a couple of thin books. Python is great for this purpose, in my opinion.
