Is it worth learning?
With my eyes closed, I can write all the basic sortings, memorized them by rewriting dozens of times, the same with other algorithms like the Sieve of Eratosthenes and the like.
I took this list - https://proglib.io/p/required-programmer-algorithms
And I plan to go through it remembering everything that is, but does it make sense?

It makes sense to UNDERSTAND everything that is there. And not memorize.
If you pass an exam in SAOD (structures and algorithms for data processing), in the second year, then yes, it’s better to memorize
What did Fourier learn? What about prefix and suffix trees?
Usually you never need to memorize anything at all - you need understanding.
You need to memorize if you need to use it now, and there is little time for a thorough study, or if the theory underlying the implementation of the algorithm is a whole science, the possession of which is not necessary for your tasks.
