Is it worth it to “pull” HR companies?
Good day! the situation is as follows: after passing 8 interviews, 3 job offers were received.
It was Tuesday - Wednesday! on Thursday another one passed (9th social security) and it seems to be successful. they said that the answer will be given today after lunch, but those offers that are available want to know the answer right now! I, of course, lean towards a company that has not yet given an answer. In this case, is it worth pulling HR to find out what status I am for them and is it worth waiting for an offer? How to proceed?)

And I would pull. When the candidates we are considering report any time limits, we take this into account, speeding up the process as much as possible. At a minimum, we inform you about the state of affairs and the likelihood of receiving an offer. I consider mutual respect to be normal practice in this area too.
Of course it's worth it, usually HR themselves ask them to warn them if the time for making a decision on other offers is approaching, so they can speed up the process if possible. And in any situation, you need to warn interested parties about changing plans.
A common situation, I describe here ( "What is the best thing to do if one company is ready to hire me tomorrow, and the second promises to answer only in three days?") . In short: yes, it's worth pulling. If you want to improve your chances, call the company you want to leave "in reserve" and ask them to wait N days, and think of a reason (fell, woke up - plaster).
