Is it worth it to make a personal website on bootstrap?

I wondered whether it is worth making a personal website on the bootstrap?
I am a graphic designer. I teach the web for myself, so that the brains develop. There is knowledge of the front-end. It's time to apply them on a real project.
I read that if you want to cut for yourself. It's better from scratch. On the one hand, I don't want to spend a lot of time. But on the other hand, I want to do well. Most likely I will do it on WP. Interested in the opinion of the advanced in this regard

For me, Bootstrap is only a grid and only adaptability, but I suggest you cut buttons and other design elements yourself.

Using frameworks only speeds up the development process, there are a lot of them on the Internet, you can choose the one that suits you best.
In my opinion, if possible, do it without using WP, as it is very heavy, but it will be easier with it for later adding your work to your portfolio, etc., if you have experience of course.

Costs. If at the same time also WP, then it is better to customize the existing theme.

Bootstrap is just another tool, that's all. It can help to do something faster and easier, but like any tool, it may not be useful everywhere.
If you are already familiar with this framework, then why not use it? If there is no time to study, do it yourself, or use those tools with which you are already familiar.
