Is it worth it to install win10 on an old PC?

The PC is quite old, now it has win 10 pirate installed on it, when I perform the simplest tasks, photoshop, php, etc., it freezes and at this end you need to reboot! what could be the problem please?
memory slots are 2 x 1gb and the third slot is 2gb could be a problem due to broken RAM?
The hard disk was checked for stability... The mother recently soldered and changed capacitors because they were all swollen, 1 capacitor was not soldered, although there were no problems before that...,

It is worth buying an ssd and the problems will go away. And so you can install windows 10 ltsc: without unnecessary updates and microsoft store - these are the two main resource-consuming things removed in ltsc

For comfortable work, you need 8GB of RAM, and an SSD drive for the system.
If you plan to use heavy applications like Photoshop - from 16GB of RAM and above.

Yes, it is better to immediately save up for a more powerful PC. Buy up SSD and RAM, but 0 whole x ... n tenths is useless. Well, or stay on Win7.
