Is it worth it to go to work in a company that develops sites on cms?

In general, I'm studying web programming, at the moment I know - php / mysql ,html / css, js / jquery at a basic level, plus I'm a little familiar with yii and symfony. I set out to look for a job and found out that most of the vacancies involve the creation of sites on cms (in most cases it is Bitrix), and in other cases work experience is needed. Is it really worth going to work in such offices if I don’t see other vacancies for a junior?

I think this is dangerous, because such a swamp can drag on and over time it will be very difficult to change jobs and go somewhere else to pedal on a normal technology stack. I would advise you to look for an office where they do development on frameworks and go there.

If this is your first job, then for experience you can even get a job without a salary for a while, you will learn how to work in a team, and confidence will appear.
I myself got a job about the same, but they created sites on Drupal (and then I knew Drupal by 1%, I knew only the name xD) after a couple of months I got a good experience))

If you asked this question, then you have no experience at all.
When you have absolutely no experience, it is worth taking on any job.
Work there for three months (even for free) and quit.
It makes no sense to work more - you will get experience only for the first time. The area is primitive, money cannot be made in it.

For experience, this kind of work is always needed. Plus, in the future, such experience will only be needed.

If you're not sure. go to such a company as a coder (html / js). You’ll be lucky, but you will understand how to work in the field of layout, and then you will already increase your knowledge in other areas. Don't try to be a master felt-tip pen of all trades, take one thing and practice and hone your knowledge. Do not forget to constantly learn (always, even after 5 years of work). The IT sphere is developing very dynamically here, if you don’t know how to study, there is nothing to do and in 2 years your knowledge will be partially irrelevant.
