Is it worth installing GPT for the sake of uefi booting win 10?

There is ssd 128Gb, I will install win10 x64. I know the difference between gpt and mbr, but I heard that if you put Windows on gpt, then it will load faster due to uefi.
Side question: is it enough for ssd formatting in the Windows installation wizard? I just heard somewhere that ssd needs to be formatted with acronisom zeros to restore performance.

On ssd you won't notice the difference.
It is enough to partition and format the disk in the wizard.

On the Disk Drive ST1000DM003-1CH162 ATA Device (1 TB, 7200 RPM, SATA-III), I noticed a significant difference both in loading and in working with graphic editors (Photoshop).
