Is it worth going to work, where only young professionals?

I was looking for a job as a junior front, in the end I met guys who are 23-25, a small company of 10 people, everyone works, but it’s embarrassing that there are no experienced people among them, is it worth going there for the first job? Or look for where there is a good team leader and strong team?

It is better to go where there is a strong team, they will teach you much more than inexperienced youngsters. You will spend several years with young people, they will admire your work, you will think that you are an excellent specialist ... You want to go to a large company, but you are presented with such requirements that you have never even heard of.
If this youngster sits next to your house and pays well, you can still think -)

Now is the time that 25 guys have quite good experience, of course, it's better to join an older team. but in fact, if you have been looking for a long time, and you have such an offer, then cling to it.

What are you talking about? Youngsters are 18-19 years old, graduated from vocational schools or "students" on the tower. You definitely shouldn’t mess with such people (not always, there are just talents), and 23-25 is the norm, the main thing is experience and brains, not age.

Didn't find what you were looking for?
