Hello. I'm currently making an Android app and I have a question. Should I translate the application into Ukrainian and Kazakh if ​​I plan to publish it on Google play for Ukraine and Kazakhstan?

My problem is that the translation of the application depends on the system language, and I don’t know if there are android users who have Ukrainian or Kazakh as the system language, because I can’t set them as system languages ​​on my phone.

I don't see the point at all. The vast majority of citizens of Ukraine and Kazakhstan speak Russian and will understand your application in Russian. It makes sense to do localization in English, because the advertising market there is much more profitable and each click in AdMob in the US and Europe will cost you 3-4 times more than the same click in the CIS
