Is it worth doing redirects when rebuilding a site if it was at the bottom in the search?

Actually a subject. There was a very old site, 2-3 pages in search engines. I made a new one, but there are other urls, is it worth doing redirects no?
And is it possible to somehow make it clear to search engines that the site has been updated from scratch?

The need for redirects is resolved after analysis, which includes checking old URLs for:

  1. the amount of traffic from the PS (YaMetrika data, for example);
  2. the presence of external links and their quality (you will not set up a redirect from a URL to which toxic or adult links lead)

Find out these two questions and decide on setting up redirects.
If there are no links or traffic (well, this happens :)) - set up redirects to the new pages of the new site that are most relevant to the old URL. At least you get some "trust".
