Is it worth doing front-end on angular, react or vue? Do you need fast indexing in all PS?

There are two projects, one on vue, the second on react - the index is very tight, while the page with phantomjs / chrome headless is given for the PS.
Now a larger multilingual project is being developed, it is necessary that the site be indexed not only by google but also by yahoo, bing and other popular PSs.
Is it worth doing front-end on hype JS frameworks or is it better to build a page on a non-server as in the old days and give it to the finished one?

These frameworks are no longer hype
If you do not need to make an application from a page, you do not need frameworks
