Is it worth connecting the repository inside the repository?

A project is planned, which will be divided into a dozen microservices. All these microservices use the same php framework. It seems to me right to take out the sorts with the framework in a separate repository and connect it inside each repository with a microservice.
How correct is this?
Or what do you do in such cases?
