Is it worth changing urls from id to CNC?

Good afternoon.
The issue is website optimization.
There are urls like:
http://www.DOMEN.ru/products/detail.php?SECTION_ID...
http://www.DOMEN.ru/products/detail.php?SECTION_ID...
http://www. DOMAIN.ru/products/list.php?SECTION_ID=122
http://www.DOMIN.ru/products/list.php?SECTION_ID=3
Etc.
It was proposed to replace all these IDs with CNC like:
http://www.DOMEN.ru/products/detail.php?tovar-takoy-to
http://www.DOMEN.ru/products/list.php?kategoriya-t ...
Does it make sense to introduce such CNCs, because structurally they will not change until the question mark?
And the old, existing URLs were pretty well converted in the Yandex and Google snippet with the same breadcrumbs and titles (which, in fact, will be transliterated into the CNC after the question mark).
I don’t want to lose positions in the search results, since the old urls will die after the replacement, and bothering with the 301st for more than 600 positions is a big waste of time and effort.

I would not. Only if you are making a new site on a completely different domain, then it is still possible there.
