Is it worth changing the country in the AppStore?

Hello everyone
Is there a difference, for example, in pricing policy or any other between stores in the AppStore? For example, I moved to Poland and I can't download some applications here, as they are only available in the Polish store. They are not so needed, but still I wonder if I can get some extra. benefits from the Polish epstor?
