Indexing is not a problem, Yandex easily indexes even completely stupid sites and useless pages.
As far as I understand, the question is in ranking, and not in indexing. The truth is that traffic through Yandex Direct gives search the opportunity to calculate behavioral factors and therefore can be the reason for growth with good PF.
