Is it true that the concepts of “quality” and “app builder” are mutually exclusive?

Tell me which functional application builder with the ability to publish can be used? Is there any future for such zero-coding or low-coding?

It is unlikely that if the head is empty, then nothing will help. Some super minds "make" games in Scratch, although initially it was hardly conceived for games. So even in the designer you can bungle something of high quality. And I don’t know about high-quality designers because I simply didn’t use it.)

The main disadvantages of any constructor are limited functionality and performance (non-optimal code). Considering that modern smartphones, even at a budget level, are very powerful, the user is unlikely to see a performance gap. Moreover, with a lack of experience, you can write a much heavier implementation on the native than through the constructor.
In terms of functionality, there are usually basic needs for constructors as well.
So, in summary, for a small application or prototyping, constructors are quite applicable.
I won’t tell you about specific solutions, since I myself am a supporter of my own code, it’s enough to catch my own bugs, everything is much more difficult with strangers)
Separately, I note that often, due to attempts to make a universal solution, setting it up "without programming" becomes more difficult than writing clean code.
