Is it relevant now to specialize only in HTML5/CSS3?

I'm a button tester. I want to get into web development. Attracts frontend.
The stack of necessary technologies is huge as always.
Does the world need a person who loves only HTML5 / CSS3 + a little bit of JS?
UPD: Thank you all for your advice. As I expected. Also Thanks for the advice on Cantor's textbook. I will use it at the beginning.

If you know css and html thoroughly and can talk for hours about 100 and 1 ways to layout a certain element, you know the documentation almost by heart, if you know all the properties for certain browsers, and you know why and where to apply them + you have a super valid , crossbrowser or semantic html 5 layout, then such pros are needed, but still they need to know at least a little js, at worst, write jq sliders.
But if you do not know such nuances in layout, then they will rather take a person with an average knowledge of js.

You can't do without JS anyway. You can only be a coder, but you still have to perform some tasks in JS. It is more promising just to know JS. In html/css, you can't really roam with the current abundance of all sorts of rubbish like bootstrap.

In rare cases. There should still be a minimum of JS, not just a little bit.
In general, everyone wants to have everything and more, I mean Angular, etc.

It depends on the employer and how his process is built. There are offices in which there is a separate layout designer and a separate javascript programmer, there are in which it is in one person. The first type is usually large organizations, the second - different. If you only want html + css - it’s a completely working option, for example, being a javascript programmer for 4 years I haven’t professionally typeset, everywhere there was a dedicated person like what you want to become. But in layout then, of course, you must be a master.
