There is an application developed using Qt(4.x). Compiled under Windows in mingw. Is it possible to place such an application in the Windows Store?

So I understand the classic application. If the application passes the tests that must be carried out before publication, then it is real. Not only the application itself is checked, but also the installation process and so on.
