I use wow.js for animation when scrolling, there was a need to add an animation of counting numbers to an element, I did it using animateNumber.js

The problem is that you need to turn on the animation of the numbers when the user scrolls to them, I don’t want to load the code, so I think it’s possible using wow. js not to animate, but to add a class to an element when it's reached?
