Is it possible using javascript to get into the admin panel of the router?

Hello! The question arose - let's say I went to an infected site where I loaded a js script, let's call it proxy.js
Questions - can an attacker use this script to scan my local range 192.168.1.1/24 and try to get into the router's admin panel?

@Anadi

for me it’s better to let them climb into the router than it’s not clear where all the shit from mail.ru will be put on the computer)
