Is it possible to write a good analogue of the Stardew Valley game in javascript / html5 or python? What engine/framework?

I want to do game development. The main criterion: one of the PLs is related to web development (C# and Java do not count. Only the above-mentioned languages are of interest. Please do not ask why). Stardew Valley is a game that I am unlikely to undertake to make more difficult, therefore, if it is possible to implement something similar (as similar as possible) in one of the corresponding languages, this will be an indicator for me.
I would also like to note that where the game will be launched - on a desktop, browser or phone - does not bother me.
I apologize if I used "Nubian" terminology somewhere.

Possibly in both languages, but python is not very popular as a main language for game development. Engines wobble easily.
For python, for example pygame, pyglet, ren'py (this one is for visual novels), Cocos2d (Python). Another option is Panda3D and Godot (they use their own scripting language with python syntax)
There are a lot of options for js, see the list here
But for example, the implementation of heroes 3 on js ( translation of an article about development ) or Command and Conquer
