Is it possible to work on the same project in Visual Studio across 2 computers?

Is it possible to work on the same project in Visual Studio across 2 computers?
There is a weak laptop with which I go everywhere and a home PC. I thought Visual Studio Team System was like a cloud, but no.
Is there a cloud for projects in Visual Studio or should I use a flash drive?

There are plenty of options.
GitHub, TFS from Microsoft
Even Dropbox will do. Just turn off synchronization during development.
