Is it possible to withdraw money from UPWORK to someone else's card in this scenario?
I am a resident of the Russian Federation, fully registered in the Russian Federation.
Registered on Upwork under his real name.
Can I withdraw money from Upwork (which I have accumulated on my account there) to a card (or rather an account linked to the card) of another person who is also in the Russian Federation and is a resident of the Russian Federation?
Provided that this other person (or even a stranger or relative) gave me his card details (payoneer or skrill, which, in fact, are not registered in the Russian Federation) as information for crediting money, or gave me an account (address) in the payment system PayPal.
Is that possible? As I understand it, I will have to first indicate these other people's account details in my account, where will I transfer money?
Will Upwork itself give the go-ahead to such an action?
Somehow check this moment?
Or is the card/account number just entered there and that's it?
Or do you need to verify the account that it is mine, nominal (let it be payoneer / skrill / paypal)?
Or is there no way out, but only a withdrawal to accounts / cards that are purchased exclusively in my name and are used only by me?

If you withdraw to the bank, then the currency control of the bank will have many questions about the origin of the money and it will be a game of roulette.
On PayPal, in theory, there should be no questions for the time being. If you regularly withdraw large amounts to it, then the account can be blocked for illegal business activities. It is better to withdraw to your account, so at least there will be fewer questions.
verification is not needed, Skrill use, but they lock suspicious accounts
