Is it possible to view video in video tag in QWebView on qt4 on Windows?

The task is to provide viewing and control of video from html pages in QWebView, on Linux, oddly enough, everything worked right away and videos in ogv format are played initially, on Windows it does not want to be played in any, I found mentions that on windows for some reason For this reason, support for the and tags was not delivered. Is it possible to play video in QWebView using some manipulations?
The project is built on Qt 4.8.7, there is no way to transfer it to Qt 5.xx.
