Indicate which SMEV you are talking about.
If SMEV 3, then the mnemonic is no longer transmitted there in the request, authorization goes through the EDS.
If SMEV 2, then the situation is different.
In any case, the mnemonic is issued for a specific system, this is, roughly speaking, the number of your IP in the SMEV database. So yes, you can use the same mnemonic to get different information if you send requests from the same IS.
How will SMEV check that you are using another IP (what if)? No way.
