Such a question: is it possible to use such a bundle for developing games angular.js + webgl (three.js) and will it be of practical use?
If there are similar code examples or demo implementations, please provide links.

Angular only knows the DOM. What's the use of it in WebGL? Unless you take DI, but it's easier to do it yourself.
Games have their own frameworks, such as phaser.io/.
