Is it possible to use sound from a YouTube video to train a neural network?

Need a source of music to train a neural network.
Music will not be played, only analyzed.
YouTube allows the use of videos with certain reservations:

each user of the Service a non-exclusive, royalty-free license in the Russian Federation and other countries of the world to access Your Content through the Service, as well as to use Your Content and, in particular, the right to reproduce, distribute, adapt or create derivative works from it, public display , making available to the public, and publicly performing such Content to the extent permitted by the functionality of the Service and these Terms.

But at the same time, YouTube is ready to sue sites that extract sound from videos. But they do it to listen.
Thanks in advance.

Hello.
It’s not entirely clear what kind of service you are doing, but if this service has a frontend in one form or another, and it will display the results of processing sound from youtube by your algorithms, then if there is a link to a specific youtube video next to each result, and in your service this music will not be played, then youtube will not mind.
