Is it possible to use Russian permalinks without problems?

I am developing an online store on Wordpress + Woocommerce.
The Russian version of the plugin out of kindness suggests using links like sitename/payment/order-received/
In the database and in the admin panel, they are displayed like this:
sitename/%d0%bc%d0%be%d0%b9-%d0%bf %d1%80%d0%be%d1%...
.
But when working with the frontend, the browser displays links correctly in Russian.
Maybe someone faced problems with such output of links?
It seems to me that it is very convenient to use the Russian version - no one manually enters links in online stores anyway, but readability is much better.

I don't like these links. They are not readable if passed to someone. They are incomprehensible to a non-Russian person.
Good:
example.com/desktop/components/disk-drives/12345
Bad:
example.com/%D0%BD%D0%B0%D1%81%D1%82%D0%BE%D0%BB%D1%8C% D0%BD%D1%8B%D0%B5-%D0%BA%D0%BE%D0%BC%D0%BF%D1%8C%D1%8E%D1%82%D0%B5%D1%80%D1 %8B/%D0%BA%D0%BE%D0%BC%D0%BF%D0%BE%D0%BD%D0%B5%D0%BD%D1%82%D1%8B/%D0%B6%D1 %91%D1%81%D1%82%D0%BA%D0%B8%D0%B5-%D0%B4%D0%B8%D1%81%D0%BA%D0%B8/12345
