Is it possible to use Open Graph and Schema semantic markup at the same time?

Hello!
After the publication on Habré of an article from Yandex about semantic markup , I decided to pay attention to this a little more than just "read".
In general, I focused on only two markups: Open Graph (for social networks) and Schema (for search engines).
Both Google and Yandex have instructions for using both one and the other markup. But neither Google nor Yandex could satisfy one of my questions.
Is it possible to use both semantic markup at the same time?
