Is it possible to use company logos when making layout from a layout?

I found a layout for layout, in it, in the header there is a company logo. The logo was created from many details, and vectors were used for the letters (in figma). Is it safe to use this logo? If so, should it be typed in parts or can I take a whole png image from the logo? Would it be an offense? What punishment will I take for this? Nobody asks this question for some reason. I want to use the layout in my portfolio.

- Police logos from layouts! Come out with your hands up!
Feel free to use any other free stock logo instead if you're that worried.
It is necessary to typeset with one svgshka, and not in parts.
