Is it possible to use an empty field as an article when importing a price list into Joomshopping?

Good afternoon!
There is an online store on Joomla, Joomshopping component.
In the admin panel, when creating a product, in the tab "Product information" there is a field "Product code", which is not filled with anything now.
Maybe this field can play the role of an article and come in handy when importing a price list from Excel?
