Is it possible to use a Rails app on Heroku as is?

Well, you deployed the app for free on Heroku.
Everything is working. And the question arises: "Why not leave it, because the project is not big?"
So, is it possible to leave the project in this way (making backups) or I don’t know something that it will turn off in a week?

- if there is a file upload to the server - where will they be stored? Usually they use aws s3
- the size of the database in the free version is limited by the number of rows
- the lifetime of the free instance is limited
