Is it possible to use a neural network for pricing in construction?

Good day! Perhaps everyone knows that there is a profession of an estimator in construction. Perhaps not everyone knows that the estimator works in a specific environment (Federal base, Regional, Territorial, etc.). Do you think it is possible to train a neural network, perceiving the primary information in the form of a bill of quantities, to display a set or a price?

You have some kind of rhetorical question ...
Of course, you can! Everything is possible!

We need a good analyst and mathematician to formalize the problem in the first place. And the programmer implements as needed. In general, they often want to replace people with neural networks, but it is not a fact that they will solve the problem better than all other methods.

the estimator works in a specific environment (Federal base, Regional, Territorial, etc.).

I’ll try to guess: and since these databases are made through the ass, and each one is through its own, special, then only a person can reduce their data to something unified ... well, or a neural network after a long training. Is it true?
