Is it possible to use a more powerful charger if the standard for the phone has a power of 50 W?

I'm thinking about purchasing an Aukey PA-Y13 charger that has a power of 74.5 watts. Will I be able to charge my smartphone or will it suffer and become crippled?

The devices have a controller that will not take more power than it needs.
