Is it possible to upload files on the site via Yandex.disk?

I did not surf with a couple of requests, but, probably, I just make my request the wrong way - I could not get the information.
Gigabytes from hosting providers are very expensive for some reason and are tied to tariffs, which is absolutely inconvenient.
An idea came to mind - what if we use Yandex.Disk for files on the site (a terabyte for 2k rubles per year in total)?
For example, for a feedback form: the user uploads a file in the form, it is somehow uploaded via api to a specially created folder on Ya.D, and a link is written to the database, and then I see only this link in the admin panel.
Is it possible to arrange such interaction with files?

You can mount the disk via webdav (davfs). The settings for Yandex are here , but it works quite slowly.
